The county seat of Morgan County is Berkeley Springs. The county is a tourist area thanks to mineral springs and the county’s proximity to the Cacapon and Potomac Rivers. Berkeley Springs is particularly known for mineral springs, and resorts centered on those mineral springs drew colonists, early Americans, and present day tourists. There are two main roads in the county, US 522 and West Virginia 9. The county is part of the Hagerstown–Martinsburg metropolitan area.
Kegerreis provides advertising opportunities near Berkeley Springs, Rock Gap, and Ridge along 522.
