In this role, you will manage the monthly reporting for customer accounts, assure appropriate customer service processes and regular meetings are in place with each customer, monitor and report the authorized budget and performance of each customer’s account, track and report customer brand standards, manage the strategy and deployment of the unpaid and paid social media marketing programs and manage the email marketing programs for Kegerreis Outdoor Advertising and clients. This position is also responsible to manage and monitor social media communications in line with established industry best practices for public relations and sentiment analysis. Analytics reporting will involve custom native query development in Cypher utilizing NEO4J graph databases, and graphical user interfaces for Google and Meta Analytics suites.
