Kegerreis’ Schuylkill County market covers all of Schuylkill County. Schuylkill has a history of farming, manufacturing, and mining, particularly anthracite coal. Recently the county has focused on green energy. The County seat is Pottsville, which sits at the crossroads of US 209 and PA Route 61. PA 61 North intersects with Interstate 81 and PA Route 54. PA 61 South ends at Reading. Major routes throughout the county include PA Routes 25, 339, 443, 895, and 924.
