The Hagerstown Premium Outlets attract people from Washington and Baltimore, and The Valley Mall, an indoor shopping mall attracts people from neighboring cities and counties. I-81, and I-70 both go directly through Hagerstown and Rt. 40 and Rt. 11 run directly through downtown giving easy access from one side of Hagerstown to the other, including neighboring cities.
